A stunning concrete structure spans 700 square meters per level, featuring high ceilings and an abundance of natural light through large glass windows at the front. Upon entering the building, you are greeted by walls lined with elegant marble slabs, leading you to a grand spiraling staircase with timber treads and custom granite nosing. The landscaping harmoniously complements the building’s curves, accentuated by a beautiful feature tree.

The entrance is illuminated by a Barisol ceiling that mimics natural light both day and night, ensuring this grand entrance is always highlighted. On the first level, which also spans 700 square meters, the shared walkway is adorned with premium carpet, enhancing its luxurious feel. The fully tiled bathrooms feature marble-wrapped benches and an end-of-trip shower facility, adding to the overall opulence.

Design -

Designed by Base Architecture, Maad Group played a significant role in the design process, with its subsidiary Maad Builders collaborating with Lowry Group on the construction. The building features a distinctive triangular shape and a perforated, curved, powder-coated façade illuminated by over 200 linear meters of LED lighting, making it a true standout.
