About the role
To provide support to the two Directors and assisting them to be effective and organised in their roles, including helping to keep track of key tasks, coordinate diaries, meetings, filtering incoming sales leads from the web and managing their competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities for the role
• Calendar Management: Coordinating and prioritising schedules for the directors including meetings, appointments, and sales leads that require action.
• Anticipating competing levels of priority and proactively resolving them to optimise productivity.
• Contributing to the effective organisation of multiple projects
• Ensuring accurate diary management
• Assisting with general office management duties and liaising with clients on a regular basis as required
Skills & experience
• Personality will be a key factor for the successful applicant, but the following experience and qualities are necessary to excel in this role:
• Advanced skills in MS365 and suite of products ie Word, Excel, etc
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with industry-specific terms, equipment, and processes
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise often-competing tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to take direction
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
